T3 Motion has recently announced its intentions to launch an all-electric 3-wheeled ‘personal commuter’ entitled the CT3. Autoblog reports that this is T3 Motion’s first vehicle designed for personal commuter use. The CT3 will apparantly have a restricted top speed of 45 MPH and will be powered by T3’s Power Management with the juice coming from lithuim polymer batteries.
